General
Name: Damian Gregory Donetello Montague
Nicknames (and who is likely to use them): Montague- the only person that uses his first name is his family. Monty.
Age: 28
Birthday: June 10, 1978
Place of Residence: The Montague’s own a rather large number of homes; but Monty and Verity call their home, Parcellus Promenade, Hogsmeade.

Appearance
Height: 6’3”
Weight: 215lbs
Eyes: Brown
Hair Colour & Style: Blonde, short and messy usually. Doesn’t see the need to do much to it, lets it be (well actually, he spends a conspicuous amount of time on his hair to make it look that way, but would never admit to it).
Skin tone: Pale or tan depending on how long he’s been out in the sun. Tans fairly easily.
Build: Tall and muscular. Montague used to be quite obsessed with his physic when younger- but is less so now. Although still takes good care of himself.
Distinguishing Marks: Slight scar on his side from a hex a man he was tracking gave him.
Dress Style: (remember that most wizards would wear robes, and that there is a war going on which might effect supplies) His father would like him to be wearing the best Italian styles, but Montague doesn’t particularly care. He wears nice robes, and if the situation/mission calls for it muggle-wear. But prefers the robes.
Things they would always carry with them (optional): His wand, his wedding band, and the ring that Ver gave him on his middle finger on the right hand.
Other: When he was very young he was heavily overweight, until his father made a comment to his mother (that he happened to overhear) that he wanted no heir of his to be a 'blubbering fat lazy bastard'. Almost immediately he changed his ways, to the point that in his later years of Hogwarts he was still seen as large and beefy, but it was all muscle- he was in fact- particularly sensitive to the word 'fat'. He has become increasingly less obsessed with his weight and size, although still exercises and watches what he eats. He also has no idea he’s actually attractive. He still sees the fat little boy in the mirror; he takes compliments well…but is flabbergasted by them internally.

Health
Disabilities/Handicaps: None, currently he is in top physical condition.
Health in general – both mental and physical: Has nothing wrong physically, is in top physically condition- although sometimes forgets to eat, but nothing serious. Mentally, he's got independence issues. He wants to be as far away from his father as possible, and yet wants nothing more than to make him proud.
Other: Still has 'nightmares' about the Vanishing cabinet, and the time he spent in it. He doesn't really like enclosed spaces now, but deals with them, mostly because he doesn't want others to know it bothers him.

Personality
First Impression (others have of you): Not all there, haughty, he’s borderline stupid.
General Behaviour: Montague is stoic but not anti-social; he prefers to pick his company wisely and use his contacts to the best of his ability. He has a quick mind, but many don't realize as he prefers to sit back and listen- seemingly more interested in his own world then anyone elses. He has found that people let more things slip when one, they don't think you’re listening, and two, think you're less then intelligent. It helps that during school he focused more on playing Quidditch and torturing the younger students with whoever he was closest to that year than actually working on his studies.
He has issues with his father; he respects the man more than anyone else in the world, wants to make him proud, but always seems to fall short. His father never said or did anything directly to Montague to give him the idea that he wasn't the perfect heir; but because of Montague's tendency to seem flighty, among other things, his father did not see his oldest son in a good light. On more then one occasion Montague would overhear his father make some scathing remark about him, usually to his mother.
Is from a blood purist family, feels those ideals are important, but doesn't put as much stock in them as his father (or even his mother). For him, what is more important is that his heirs (when heirs become an issue) are pureblood.
Strengths: He was and is good at Quidditch, played Chaser and was Captain of the Slytherin team Harry's fifth year. What many people don't realize is that he's quite intelligent, and can come up with quick responses (usually pretty snarky)- however, he normally does not say them out loud. There are some that would know this- Verity, possibly Theo (but only because/if Verity told him), Miles, Terence. Also quite good at archery, used to do it regularly to relieve stress- still does it, and Verity just put a range in at O’Shea Manor for him.
Weaknesses: Has a temper, a violent temper. Tends to punch things when he gets angry or offended. Has 'daddy-issues'; gets particularly riled when someone mentions his father in an unappealing light. Tends to get restless easily. Likes to make bold claims but has nothing to back them up. Tends to underestimate women that aren't from Slytherin. If an argument starts not going his way, will just walk away and not deal with it.
Habits: Scratches his neck or throat in moments of nervousness or worry, crosses his arms when he's trying not to get angry, when his guard is down will chew on the inside of his cheek.
Enjoys: Women, Quidditch, gambling, drinking, cars, archery, dogs
Dislikes: Men hitting on him, losing a bet, comments about his size, comments about his father
Other:

Family
Spouse/partner (if applicable): Wife: Verity (O'Shea) Montague
Parents: Donatello (Don) and Eva Montague
Sibling(s): Julian Montague (26yrs), Lucrezia Montague (9yrs -his parents' "happy little accident")
Children: adopted son Marlowe Davies, they are expecting their first child in September.
Bloodline: Pure, has been for generations.
Family History: Don and Eva were both Slytherin purebloods pretty much bethrothed to one another from the very beginning. They saw no problem with this, even eventually fell in love with each other later in Hogwarts as well. Don was the heir to the Montague fortune; a very wealthy and prestigious wizarding name in Italy. As such, when his father died, Don was 20 years old, he became sole inheritor of the fortune being the only son (he had one sister, Olivia, who is now married and living in Ireland). Eva then gave birth to Montague a few years later, who is now heir.
When Verity came to live with them, his father was quite pleased. He loved the girl and was the one thing he seemed to be proud of Montague for; however, after they broke up his father was furious. Didn't talk/owl him for almost a month, to the point Montague almost begged her to take him back just for his father's sake. Luckily he didn't, and now harbors some resentment to Verity about it.
Pets: None in Upper Slaughter but his Long-earred owl, Eurus. At the Montague Manor has a dog, a Thai Ridgeback, black, named Vesper. Just recent got a puppy from Verity for his birthday, she named it Merlin.
Other: His father 'gave' him one of the house elves from home, Peaches. She's getting up in years and sometimes forgets to do things, and depending on his mood Montague is either understanding or very cruel.
After leaving Hogwarts Montague didn't really do much, his family name and fortune meant that he didn't really need to work; so he spent most of his time staying out of the war and running gambling bets on Quidditch games. Miles and Terence, both professional Quidditch players helping to rig games for their benefit. He made quite a bit of money doing so, knowing how to read teams and players. Once Voldemort fell he thought to start a more organized system of betting, besides walking around and placing bets with individual wizards and witches, but it quickly ended as his father nearly forced him into the Death Eaters. He really did not want to do it, but still very anxious to prove his worth, so found himself tied to Bella and Rodolphus, moving to Upper Slaughter and following orders- 'reporting' back to his father every now and then to let him know if it was still worth 'funding' them.

Social/Romantic/Sexual
Close Friendships: Miles Bletchley, Terence Higgs.
Known Enemies: Angelina Johnson, Fred and George Weasley, Aurors and Order members.
Sexual Preference: Straight, very very straight. Would never think of a man like that. (Yes, he’s slightly homophobic)
Turn Ons: blondes, women who like Quidditch, long legs, women who compliment him
Turn Offs: men, women that whine, to much perfume
Past Relationships: Verity O’Shea during Hogwarts, one girl was serious named Jillian Dorny (canon character), but they broke up after six months.
What they think about sex and love: Sex is fantastic, he's in love with Verity which seems to be reciprocated in his wife. They can be rather sickening honestly.
Other: Montague was raised in a home where his mother and father shared equal responsibility. His mother was allowed her own opinions, her own businesses, her own time; and because of it Montague sees women as more than just a 'baby-maker'. Currently they are just an outlet, however, and has no problems using them. But if he began to see a woman more seriously, well...he'd expect her to be at least interesting to talk to as well as look at.

Magical
Wand Type: 14” Cedar, dragon heartstring 12 3/4" Poplar, ashwinder ash (new as of 06-06-2005)
Magical talents: Offensive hexes, flying, transfiguration.
Magical weaknesses/aversions (what your character can't or won't do): His mostly only mediocre with spells and such. A lot of this has to do with him never applying himself at school. He much preferred Quidditch to doing homework.
First sign of magic – when and what: After they found out he was allergic to pain potions (see secret) Montague was playing with his father's dogs on the second floor of the Manor, next to the balcony. He tripped and fell off, breaking his elbow where the bone was sticking out of the skin. His mother nearly fainted but she managed to wrap up his arm and get him to the healer, only when they unraveled his arm, it was fine.
Boggart: Vanishing cabinet
Knows how to Apparate (y/n): yes
Knows how to cast a patronus (y/n – if yes what?): no
Knows how to use the unforgivables (y/n): yes, has in the past- particularly fond of Imperius curse
Other:

Schooling:
Year: Two years above Harry
House: Slytherin
Other Affiliations: Inquisitorial Squad
Best subject(s): DADA, Transfiguration, Arithmancy
Poor subject(s): Herbology, Charms
Electives s/he would have taken: COMC, Arithmancy
Best Mates: Everyone in his year, Miles, Terence, Verity, Scarlett, Ginger- they seriously tormented that school.
Romantic interests: Verity O'Shea - dated for four years, broke up when she finally flat out told him she wouldn't sleep with him.
Level of education reached (do your characters have OWLs/NEWTs – none of the above? Have they gone on to some type of training? Remember that there is no wizarding uni and that there is a war going on): OWL's and NEWT's. Not to many of either.
Other: While the aforementioned classes were his 'best' it is still important to note, he was not spectacular in those classes.

Financial (Remember that in a war most people will not have much money – if any at all. Those who do profit from war are usually those who are willing to use exploit others. Keep this in mind when deciding on your character’s monetary situation.)
Current Occupation: None. Death Eater, but as that doesn't pay money, doesn't count. Really he just plays heir to the Montague fortune (although it doesn't seem his father is dying any time soon). He works the books for Rodolphus, he is fairly sure he isn’t the only bookkeeper, but he doesn’t know any of the other wizards or witches. Is occasionally forced to ‘take care of’ or ‘remind’ certain supports of their ties to the Lestranges.
Other Occupations (side incomes, volunteer work, illegal activities): Uh...the Death Eater bit. Still does some gambling.
Monetary Situation: Well off. His father is doing well in Italy, and so in turn has money whenever he needs it. (However, Montague is never really keen on using said connections unless it's necessary) Has his own money left over from gambling on the League.
Other: He discovered muggle card games, Poker and such- and is now a bit taken with them. Is particularly good at poker in fact.

Current situation
Affiliations & Organizations: Besides the Death Eaters? None.
Faction this character supports: Death Eaters
Role in the ongoing war: Death Eater, although begrudgingly. He refused to join the ranks during Voldemort's 'reign', taking his parents stance- that what Voldemort was doing in essence was good, but his methods were a bit extreme. However, when Voldemort was killed and the Lestranges took over, they were a little more willing to participate and Don (Montague's father) nearly pushed his son into Bella's ranks, mostly to see what was going on and if he should help fund her little soiree.

Finally
What is your character's deepest, darkest secret (one that other game characters probably wouldn't know and that he/she would prefer they didn't find out about) Also list the names of anyone who might know, or might be suspicious of this knowledge:
Montague is deathly allergic to pain potions. It was discovered when he was only 3 years old and had to take one resulting in him almost suffocating, as his throat closed up. As such he cannot take them and so stays away from them at all costs. Most people think he is just trying to 'macho' or some such rubbish, but he just likes the idea of continuing to live. His parents and family would know this, and any of his old Professors at Hogwarts (Pomfrey especially). However he refuses to have anyone else know, he doesn't want the knowledge used against him.
